Works MOST THE TIME. The left ear sometimes goes out and when I tap it, it comes back on. It may be something loose. Includes the original box and wireless dongle. The sound is awesome when both ears work. It just started doing this. Sold AS-IS for parts/repair. INCLUDES USB DONGLE and CHARGER CORD. Dongle is in headset under the removable cover.
