Please include the item number, eBay user ID, specific description of damage/problem and clear explanation of your reason. If we authorize the return, the customer will get a message with instructions for returning the item. (Messages will be replied within 24 hours during normal business hours.) All returning merchandise must be authorized and be assigned a Return of Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from our customer service representatives prior to the return of the product. Please contact us during normal business hours. Merchandise returned without the RMA approval may not be accepted and/or experience a delay in processing the return.
